He was predeceased by: his parents, Von Lester Watts and Katie Mae Griggs; his wife Panola Mc Donald (Pam); his brother Glenn Watts; and his great grandchild Elijah Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Lila Ruth Watts of Monument, CO, Kathleen Ranee Read (Richard Read) of Hickory, NC, Lisa Brach of Durham, NC, Stormi Watts Jarmon (Ron Jarmon) of Pittsboro, NC, Raymond Randolph Watts of Euless, TX and Russell Vaughn Watts (Heather Lynne Scott) of Eagle Mountain, UT.; and his grandchildren, Garrett Watts (Kiera Olsen Watts), Randi (Ammon Jones), Daniel Read, Spencer Read, Marianne (Karly Catto), Ethan Watts, Brandon Watts, Josh Watts, Katie (Tanner Folkman), Dexter (Jaycee Bass Jarmon) and Dylan Jarmon (Savanna Bass).
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Latter-Day Saints, Pittsboro Chapel (151 Old Rock Springs Cemetery Rd, Pittsboro, NC 27312).
