It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pheobia Mann (Pittsboro, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Algie Braxton and Ida Lindley Braxton; her husband Horace Mann; and her brothers, Wilson Braxton, Grady Braxton and Charm Braxton.
She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Allen (Tom) of Cary; and her grandchildren, Patrick Allen (Lauren), Amanda Thomas (Jon), Jonathan Allen (Haley) and Jesse Mann (Brittany).
