He was predeceased by: his parents, Eura Troutman and Norman Troutman; his wife LaVerne Troutman; and his daughter Heather Troutman. He is survived by: his children, Jenny Troutman of Leawood, KS and Gregory Blair Troutman (Diane) of Seattle, WA; and his grandchildren, Emma Troutman and Wade Troutman.
