He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Bernice Perry, Sr. and Grace Sink Perry; and his brother Clyde Bernice Perry, Jr. (Rena).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Mark's memory to the SECU Jim & Betsy Bryan UNC Hospice House of Pittsboro.
