It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mack Linwood Thorpe of Pittsboro, North Carolina, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Mack Linwood Thorpe Sr. (Linwood). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lambert Huelsman Thorpe (Pam) of Pittsboro; his mother Elizabeth Morse Thorpe (Libby) of Wilmington; his daughters, Amy Thorpe Davis of Raleigh and Julie Thorpe Jones of Charlotte; his stepsons, Tony Huelsman of Franklinton, NC and Charles John Huelsman (CJ) of Charlotte, NC.; his child Leigh; and also, Landon, Austin, Emerson, CJ, Kate, Adaline and Atlas.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating in Mack's honor to the Earl Shaffer Foundation or Scout Troop 93 in Pittsboro.
