She is survived by: her parent Fred Casey Shoaf; her granddaughter Laura Koontz Eversole; her great grandchild Ruth Eversole; and her siblings, Tina May, Maxine Richardson, Tom of Lexington, Casey of Lexington, Charles Henry of Lexington, James of Lexington, Bill of Lexington and Donald Shoaf of Lexington.
