It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilla Carleen Johnson Jacobs of Pittsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Johnson and Effie McDuffie Johnson; and her son Ronnie Wayne Jacobs. She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Petty (Allen Crittenden) of Moravian Falls, NC and Tammie Jacobs Spivey of Goldston. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
