He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ed Reaves and Nettie Mae Toomer Brooks (Lynette Scurlock Reaves). He is survived by: his son Kenneth Marvell Reaves, Jr.; his grandchildren, Juwan Reaves, Christian Reaves and Emili Reaves; and his sisters, Norma Jean Reaves of Cary, NC, Dianne Reaves of Apex, NC, Deborah Reaves Harris of Fuquay Varina, NC, Annette Judd of Pittsboro, NC and Valery Watson (Stanley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
