He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Green and Ella Beatrice Green; his siblings, Willie Gladstone (late Margie), Garland Sr. (Catherine), Armiller (Andrew) and Leonard (Mary Lou); and his sons, Willie Norris and Jasper.
He is survived by: his significant other Cladie Mae Headen; his sons, Timothy (Ella Mae) of Siler City and Anthony (Savonne) of Pittsboro; his daughters-in-law, Diana Green and Vivian Green; his grandchildren, Chad (Pamela), Brian, Husani (S'londa), Tasha (Eric), Brandon, Reginald, Ta-Chana, Cedric and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Galen, Jonah, Kadience, Ethan, Austyn, Tyson and Laylah; and his niece Willissa Smith.
