Joan Heinly Berner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Heinly Berner of Pittsboro, North Carolina, born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edmund J. Heinly and Florence Gladys Risk Heinly; her husband George Franklin Berner; her daughters, Cynthia Berner Williams (Stephen) of Sterling and Susan Berner Maloy (Travis) of Durham; and her grandchildren, Rachel Hurrell, Ryan Williams, Jenna Maloy and Adam Maloy.
