He is survived by: his wife Patricia Milburn (Zubricky); his children, Susan (Milburn) and Jeffrey Thomas Milburn; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Max Milburn, Paige Bullins (Brian), Taylor Meier (Brittany), Anne Knudson (Keith) and Jack Meier (Brittney); his great grandchildren, Ever Grace Meier and Addison Faith Meier; and also John Meier.
