He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Velzia Hackney (John Henry Partridge); his daughter Kimble Lashell Hackney; his brothers, Clarence of Moncure, NC., Ronnie of Moncure, NC., Carl of Moncure, NC. and Tony Hackney of Moncure, NC.; his wife Alice Faye Hackney; his daughter Shebra Annette Hackney; his grandchildren, Lamori Darnell Hackney, Olimpia Shyrell Hackney and Kimberly NeShell Hackney; his great grandchildren, Shylah, Kamdyn and Shayah; and his parents-in-law, Clyde Gunter (Debra), Victor Gunter, Verta Green (Albert), Sharon Fuller (Jeffrey), Sherry Hackney, Carrie Hackney and Host.
