She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Newton Mann and Lillian Jones Mann; her husband Frank Foushee Sr.; and her children, Frank Foushee Jr. and Nancy Wheeler (Sweet).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andy Wheeler, Marcia Staunton (Kieran) and Matthew Foushee (Kristy); her great grandchildren, Wiley Foushee, Rachel Foushee and Amanda Pollack (Mike); her great great grandchild Brooklyn Pollack; and her daughter-in-law Emily Foushee.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in Hazel's memory to a charity of your choosing.
