It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harriet Sherman of Pittsboro, North Carolina, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor E. Serrell and Katherine T. Serrell. She is survived by: her husband Wayne J. Sherman; her children, Micah E. Sherman and Jessica E. Sherman; and her siblings, Sally S. Young, Elizabeth S. Nord and Edward A. "Ted" Serrell.
Due to COVID concerns, celebrations of her life will be held in North Carolina and Vermont in late spring 2022.
