She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Walter Risser Jr. and Bertha Lucinda Risser (Anderson); her husband Thomas Newton Heilman of Pittsboro, NC; and her sister Bertha Leona Davis (Risser). She is survived by: her children, Brenda Tillman (late Greg) of Vass, NC and Thomas Newton Heilman II (late Karen) of Pittsboro, NC; her grandchildren, Becca, Sara Heilman, Andrea Baker (Dustin), Alex Tillman (Amie) and Jeremy Tillman; her granddaughter-in-law Deanne Galvin; and her great grandchildren, Mayes, Reese Baker, Gabrielle Hale, Henri Tillman and Everett Tillman.
