It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Bemis Rowe of Pittsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William; and her daughter Darlene Coates. She is survived by: her children, Dale Rowe (Diane) and Suzanne Roda (Carl). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Church of Christ, Scientist, 701 Mt. Hope Ave. Rochester, NY or Apex UMC Congregational Care Team, Apex, NC 27502.
