He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Clay and Hattie Burnette Seymour; and his brother Thurman 'TJ Seymour (Bettie). He is survived by: his children, Claynetta 'Clay' (Brent) of Atlanta, GA, Everette and Schquthia; his grandchildren, Ashton Fearrington, Everette Fearrington II, Malik Carver, Auburnie Chandler, Auburn Chandler, Jada Fearrington, Jalen Fearrington and Kauslyn Carver; his wife Mamie Seymour; his children, Vicki Seymour of Moncure, NC, Derrick Carver of Lexington, NC, Rodney Seymour (Michelle) of Chapel Hill, NC, Matthew Seymour (Tonya) of Mebane, NC and Maurice Seymour (Michelle) of Hurdle Mills, NC; his sisters, Hester Jeanette Seymour Alston (George) of Moncure, NC and Hattie Sue Seymour Burnette (Thomas) of Pittsboro, NC; his aunt Mae Ruth Seymore (Paul) of Moncure, NC; and also, Simone Hall, Arhya Ezzard, Rhyan Ezzard and Khai Carver. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
