With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faye Briggs (Pittsboro, North Carolina), born in Jackson, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Geneva Wilbanks Wilson; and her siblings, Hugh Wilson, Patricia Johnson and Norma Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Woodrow Briggs; her children, Tracy Huneycutt (William) of Pittsboro and Thomas Dane Briggs of Pittsboro; her grandchildren, Katherine George, Emily Huneycutt and Josh Huneycutt; and her sisters, Ernestine Horton (Anthony) of Huntsville, Ala, Rebecca Priddy of Huntsville, Ala and Debra McClellan (Emmitt) of Harvest, Ala.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for memorial contributions to be made in Faye's memory to Stomp the Monster NC P.O. Box 132 Cary, NC 27518-0132.
