It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Johnson (Pittsboro, North Carolina), born in Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Iredell Vestal and Mamie Davis Holder; and her siblings, Rachael Holder Comer and Johnny I. Holder. She is survived by: her husband Joe Johnson; her children, Michael Johnson of Pittsboro and Stephanie Johnson Henry (Michael) of Pittsboro; and her grandchildren, Ashley Marie Henry and Joshua Michael Henry.
