He is survived by: his wife Janet Scurlock; his children, Danielle Scurlock, Sico Erthridge, Tiffany Wells, Timothy Webb, Kizzy Watson and Racheal Johnson; his grandchildren, Dylan Scurlock Leak, Dream Scurlock Leak, Alphonse Gonzalez (Monicah), Jen'Esis Gunn-Johnson and Zaire Watson; his sisters, Sheila Scurlock and Brenda Headen; his godchildren, Brent, Melly, Aaron, Micah, Tina and Trinity; and his close friends, Stanley Watson and Victor Harrington.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Knotts Funeral Home (50 N Masonic St, Pittsboro, NC 27312).
