She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Helen Headen Dark and Clarence Brown, Sr.; her grandmother Massie Stone; her sibling Needham Harris; her children, Lisa McIntosh, Tony McIntosh, Iris Yarborough (Kevin) and Kimberly Brower (Tony); her grandchildren, Nicholas Bowden, Prince Bowden, Denico Harris, Nakeita Thomas (Byrant), Tyrone McIntosh, Tausha Davis (Preston), Tiree Rone (Ashley), Charles, Jr. of Washington, Keke Alston, Alexis Brower, Justin Brower and Kristian Eanes; her great grandchildren, Sykina Jones, Mariah Rone and Kinsley Bowden; her siblings, Joyce Ann McCrimon, Glenn Dark Janice Dark (Joan), Janet Alston (Larry), Kenneth Dark, Garrett Dark, Clarence Brown, Jr. and Berneathia Moore; and her nieces and nephews, Freddie Smith, Sonya Lee, Eric Murdock, Shoshi Craven, Kit Craven and Ken Craven.

She is survived by: her former husband Fred Thomas McIntosh, Jr.; her spouse Thomas Craven; and her siblings, Charles Dark and Eva Brown. She is also survived by her children, siblings, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She served in these roles faithfully until the pandemic arrived, closing in-person services.
