He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sr. and Jennie; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his friend Melissa Wooldridge; his grandchild Big; his wife Susan; his pet Dexter; and his sister Barbara (Mike) of Banner Elk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
