It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Yates Holliday of Pittsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol van Antwerp Wilson and Joseph Harris Franklin Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carol Holliday Blew (J. Miller Blew) of Boxborough, Lucia Holliday Buie (James Buie) of Fearrington and Alexander R. Holliday III (Katherine Comer Holliday) of Brookline; her grandchildren, Caroline, Alexander and Sabrina; her stepgrandson Matthew; and her stepgreat-grandson Theo.
