He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Forrest Denise, Sr. and Ruby Denise (Harrington); and his siblings, Ann Forrest Denise and Johnny Denise (Frances Petty Denise). He is survived by: his son Alfred Forrest Denise, III; his wife Susan of Fuquay-Varina; his grandchildren, Jake Denise and Elizabeth Denise; his sister Rhett Thomas of Broadway; his stepchildren, Kimberly Corder Joyce (Shane) and Carlton Corder (Kip); his stepgrandchildren, Blake, Savannah and Karlee; his niece Karen Denise; and his nephews, Steve Thomas, Patrick Thomas and Jonathan Denise.
