She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl L. Galloway and Ida Owen Galloway; and her siblings, Bill, Ivan, Clyde Galloway, Christine Wilson, Delphine Donnelly, Phylliss Constantine, Ethel Poole, Brenda Spillman, Brona Dunn and Annie Sue Maness.
She is survived by: her husband William Calvin "Bear" Tinsley; her son David Galloway (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Kari and Sam Galloway; her great grandchild Rowan; and her sisters, Sylvia McCrary (John) and Patricia Hampton.
