It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Swangim (Pisgah Forest, North Carolina), who passed away on March 27, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rachel Swangim to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parent Howard Breedlove; her husband Russell Swangim; and her siblings, Melvin Breedlove and Teresa Breedlove. She is survived by: her parent Betty Jean Bryson Breedlove; her children, Wendy Swangim of Etowah and Scott Swangim of Pisgah Forest; her grandchildren, Sydney Hogsed, Cody Swangim, Cole Swangim and Cameron Swangim; her siblings, Delores Lane (Lynn) of Brevard, Emily Roberts (Mark) of Marshall, Cathy Breedlove of Candler, Wanda Williams (Ronnie) of Seneca, SC and Chris Breedlove of Candler; and also Jodie of Pisgah Forest. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rachel Swangim's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
