She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lusk and Dinah Galloway Lusk; her husband Clifton Hoxit, Sr.; her children, Kimberly and Mitchell Hoxit; her grandson Geoffrey Hoxit; and her brother Weldon Lusk.
She is survived by: her son Clifton Hoxit, Jr. (Tammy); her grandchildren, Danielle Nicks, Cameron Hoxit (Kristin), Steven Brody, Thomas Hoxit and Chandon Dodson; and her siblings, Mae Hoxit (Robert), Dorothy Taylor, Barbara Jacobs, Jean Penland and Francis Lusk. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
