He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Carolyn Nicole Sullens of Arden; his siblings, Hughlett Abbie Perry of Florida and Jeanne Lee Perry of Brevard; his niece Carolyn Heatherly; and his nephews, Michael Perry and Ronnie Heatherly.
