It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Denton (Pisgah Forest, North Carolina), who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Audrey Denton to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lyle Gilbert and Eleanor Gilbert; her sisters, Delores Johnson and Shirley Dibble; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Worley, Wyatt Silliman, McKinley Silliman, Judah Denton, Boone Worley, Ezra Denton, Paul Silliman and Ada Denton. She was also cherished by three children.
Due to COVID-19 a private ceremony will be held for family members only at a later date.
The family wishes any donations in her memory be made to Habitat for Humanity, Operation Smile, Samaritan's Purse, Toys for Tots or the Sheriff's Association, the charities that she so faithfully gave to each month.
