He was predeceased by: his parent Ardith Faddis Sage; his wife Carolyn Renee'Scott Sage; and his stepfather Jerry Gwynn. He is survived by: his father Harold Ray Sage; his sons, Kendall Ray Sage and William Chad Sage; his granddaughter Sephira Angel Sage; and also Ardith Faddis Gwynn.
