He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Turney and Thelma Turney; his granddaughter Andrea Reed; and his siblings, Fred Turney, JC Turney, Jane Ayers, George Turney, Alice Faye Thomas and Carl Ray Turney.
He is survived by: his children, Laci, Isabella, Allan Turney (Regina), Yonna Blakey (Steve) and Sonya Ashburn (Anthony); his grandchildren, Nathan Turney, Travis Reed, Colby Ashburn, Andrew Lankford and Kendra Blakey; his great grandchildren, Mylee Turney, Laci Turney, Isabella Reeves, Curtis Reeves, Trent Goad, Logan Goad and Gray Lankford; his sister Maggie Lawson (Bobby); and also, Jennia Turney, Marilyn Turney, Susie Neil and Kim Turney.
