He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwin and Mildred Declovice Robertson Neal; his son-in-law Thomas Bryant; his brothers, Allan Neal and Doug Neal; his sister-in-law Betty Neal; his nephew Wendall Neal; and his parents-in-law, Everette and Ruby Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Michael; his daughter Marisa Bryant of Pinnacle; his grandson Trevor Bryant of Pinnacle; his sister-in-law Barbara Neal; his niece Vivian Mahathey; and his nephews, Lewis Neal, Greg Neal and Kevin Neal.
