She was predeceased by: her siblings, Delmar Ray "Bill" Lawson, Edna Branch (Ed), Clarence Lawson (June Carol) and Charles Ed Branch. She is survived by: her sister Ethel Goins; her nieces and nephews, Janet Soyars, Sylvia Lawson, Scott Goins (Amy), Darian Goins (Jessica), Chris Lawson, Tim Branch and David Branch; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn, Sara, Dylan and Arianna; her caregiver Angie Whitner; and also, Robert and Rachel Cullen.
The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Friendly Chapel (822 W Main St, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041).
