Mary Kranking Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2020, at the age of 95, Mary Kranking (Pinnacle, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Channell and Sylvia Channell; her husband V. Thomas Kranking; her son Charles W. Reese; her brothers, Charles Channell and Elwood Channell; her grandson Brian T. Johnson; and her nephews, Mark Eberhart and Chris Heffler.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patty Eberhart of Buffalo, NY, Fern Muller of Sanborn, NY and Karen Heffler of Sanborn, NY; and her children, R. Jayne Kranking of Pinnacle, NC, C. Jean Johnson of Pilot Mountain, NC and T. Alan Kranking of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Carolina State Veterans Home – Black Mountain, 62 Lake Eden Road, Black Mountain, NC 28711.
