It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mack Junior Mikels of Pinnacle, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Mikels and Minerva Scott Mikels; his wife Doris Elizabeth Mikels; and his siblings, John Henry Mikels (Ped), Ben Mikels and Mary Jane Mikels.
He is survived by: his son Aaron Mikels; his granddaughter Savannah Mikels; and his siblings, Linda Martin, Barbara Scott (Freddy), Charlotte "Juanita" Sands and Tom Mickels. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
