She is survived by: her mother Mary Ruth Draughn Stevens; her daughters, Stephanie Boothe (Adam) and Allison Boothe (Caleb); her granddaughter Paislee Hinshaw; her pet Dunkin; her siblings, Ricky Stevens (Kathie) and Ludi Horn (Mike); her close friend Eddie Puckett; her nieces and nephews, Jordan, Taylor, Tiffany and Ashley; and her great-niece Ela.
The family requests masks be worn for the service and visitation due to Covid-19.
