He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hall and Hilda Hughes Anderson; his wife Carol; and his sisters, RayAnna Huffman and Christine Lambiotte.
He is survived by: his children, John Patrick Anderson, Robert Shane Anderson, Joseph C. Anderson II (Deborah), Pam Moran and Susan Jeanne Anderson.
