It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Mae Sechrist of Pinnacle, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Warden and Lilly Sams Warden; her sister Shearlie Poe (David); and her husband Garland Wendall Sechrist, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Garland Wendell Sechrist, Jr. (Donna) and Barbara Ann Sechrist Tilley (Glenn); her brothers, James Warden (Shirley), Wayne Warden (Beverly) and Bobby Warden (Cheryl); and her sister-in-law Michelle Sechrist. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
