He was predeceased by: his wife Gilda Jo East Branagan; and his parents, Keith Branagan and Teresa Golda Waterstraat Branagan. He is survived by: his children, Dixie Lee Branagan Howell (Thomas), Matthew David Branagan and Joshua Waylon Branagan (Kasey); and his siblings, Sue Auert and Craig Branagan (Jeanine). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
