He was loved and cherished by many people including: his cousin Dennis; his wife Robin McMillian; his mother Retha Richardson; his siblings, David McMillian, Robert McMillian and Brenda Tate; his children, Tiffany Dickens, Sarah Marsh, Kelly McMillian, Robert Tate and Michael McMillian; and his stepchildren, April Goodlin, Michael Vawter and David Anderson. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and foster children.
