He is survived by: his mother Marylin Ayers McDaniel (Wade); his caregiver Melissa Collins; his children, Colton Collins and Meagan Collins of Pinnacle, NC; and his brother Keith Collins (Lisa) of Pilot Mountain, NC.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
