He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Howard Tyndall; his parents, Oscar "Sugar Bag" Tyndall and Sudie Tyndall; and his siblings, Jack Tyndall, Billy Tyndall and Ida Pearl Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Darryl Tyndall (Lori), Deanna Tyndall Smith and Karen Tyndall Kennedy (Doug); his son-in-law Frank Smith; his grandchildren, Rhiley Kennedy Marshburn (Brandon), Briana Jamison Stillwell (Matthew), Molly Kennedy-Maultsby (Evan), Owen Dene Tyndall and Emma Raye Tyndall; his great grandchildren, Henry, Alison Stillwell and Kennedy Marshburn; his brothers, Bobby Tyndall and Dennis Tyndall; his brother-in-law Butch Howard (Wanda); his friend Jessica Baker; and his caregiver Jeffrey "Cotton" Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pink Hill Funeral Home (1056 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park (985 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572).
