She is survived by: her children, Kay Britt Houston (Dewey), Marshall Britt (Marsha) and Jimmy Britt (Paula); her grandchildren, Hope Kornegay (Larry), Scott Britt (Celeste), Tammy Daniels (Shannon), Bobby Britt (Beverly), Kim Hedrick (Brian), Thomas Houston (Desiree), Clint Britt (Christy), Carol Britt and J. P. Britt; her great grandchildren, Jared Britt (Alex), Logan Kornegay, Dalton Jones, Griffen Kornegay (Taylor), Blaine Britt, Brittany Marshburn (Tyler), Karley Futrell (Justin), Chase Britt, Lilly Britt, Drew Hedrick, Seth Hedrick, Tyson Britt, Mathew Britt and Isaiah Britt; her great great grandchildren, Waitley Kornegay, Marsh Britt and Olivia Futrell; her brother Sherwood Holt (Barbara); and her nieces and nephews, Johnny Holt, Jamie Holt, Jeffery Holt, Kim Batts (Ray) and Lou Brooks (Jim). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nancy Carroll's Home (1061 Tram Rd, Mt Olive, NC 28365). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Amos Simmons Cemetery.
