He is survived by: his daughter Lynley Herring (David Harrell); his grandchildren, Morgan Herring (Anna), Maygan Herring Russ (Jeremy), Makelle Herring (Anderson) and Dylan Harrell (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Grayson Russ, Lainey Jo Russ and Owen Herring; his brother Johnny Garris; his stepdaughter Wendy Clemens (Mark); his stepgrandchildren, Emily and Zachery Clemens; and also Susan.
