He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Gracie Taylor Jones; his son-in-law Greg Johnson; his wife Sue Jones Jones; his daughters, Lisa Jones Smith (Rodney) of Pink Hill, NC., Kim Jones of Pink Hill, NC. and Connie Jones Johnson of Pink Hill, NC.; his grandchildren, Rodney Smith, Jr. (Natalie) of Pink Hill and Lesley Smith Batchelor (Brandon) of Pink Hill; his great grandchild Wesley; his grandfather Worth Smith; his brother Joe Clay Jones (Shirley) of Pink Hill; his grandchildren, Ashton Cox, Morgan Parks Jackson (Dex) and Skyler Parks Kearney (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Eliza, Ever Jackson and Caison Kearney. He was also cherished by His daughters and grandchildren describe him as a loving father.
