He is survived by: his wife Ann Wiggins Stroud; his children, Jonathan Stroud (Eve) and Jessica Stroud Cash (Sammy); his stepsons, Bill Wiggins (Janet) and Kevin Wiggins (Miranda); his grandchildren, Joshua Stroud, Chesney Cash, Kelsey, Blake, Trey Cash, Dylan, Ava, Cleo and Cade Wiggins; and his brother-in-law Robert Howard (Belinda).
