He is survived by: his mother Ernestine Griffin; his siblings, Garland Smith, Loretta Houston (Wayne), Lanell Domagala (Dennis), Janice Miller (Andrew), Darlene Smith, Sarah Smith and Bonnie Smith; his aunts, Glenda Stancil and Doris Mercer; and his uncle Jimmy Griffin (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
