He is survived by: his children, Roger Billings, Jr. (Currie) of Independence, VA, Kenny Billings (Shaina) of Piney Creek and Robin Blethen (Andrew) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Justin Bottomley (Ashley), Tyler Teague, Austin Bottomley, Bailey Blethen, Issac Billings, Braedon Billings, Zander Billings, Katelyn Spencer (Oran), Celeste Bottomley, Lexus Bottomley and Cassie Billings; his siblings, Rachael Evans of Sparta, Lorraine Wooten of Sparta and David Billings; and his close friend Kent Aldridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
