It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Kelly Temple (Piney Creek, North Carolina), who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jeremy Spainhour; and his siblings, Norman Temple of David Temple, R. J, Willis Temple, Mack Temple, Bill Temple and Della Wagoner.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pugh Temple; his children, Mac Temple (Drew) of Sparta, Bruce Temple of Jonesville, NC, Tara Temple Hanson (Brandon) of Piney Creek, Teresa Thompson (Steve) of Ayden, NC, Kelly Wagoner (Todd) of Kissimmee, FL, Sandy Shank (Greg) of Cary and Donna Temple of Asheville; his sister Shirley Hoyle (Bob) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Ally Hanson, Delia Hanson of Piney Creek, Graham Temple of Sparta, Paul Shank of Raleigh, Jillian Davis (Stanton) of Winston-Salem and Jesse Spainhour of Asheville; and also Joe Phipps of Independence, VA. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
