With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Reid Darnell Knight (Pineville, North Carolina), born in Pineville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. D. Darnell and Elizabeth Satterfield Allen; and her husband Johnie Knight. She is survived by: her children, Risa Lail (Mark) of Lancaster and Beth Tillman of Indian Land; her nephew Stacey Darnell (Ivy) of Greenwood, SC.; her grandchildren, Marcel (Paula), Marci, Harley (Sara Frances), Tully (Katie), Tyler and Maggie; and her great grandchildren, Jase, Pierce, Spencer, Caleb, Marley and Johnnie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local Hospice organization of the donor's choice.
